What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted. Please be sure to read measurements and descriptions carefully prior to purchasing. If you have an issue with your order, please contact missy@shybaby.co

 

Where is my purchase?

You will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number once the item has been shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days after receiving this confirmation. International orders may take up to 3-5 weeks.

My item never arrived. Now what?

Please be sure to include the correct address and complex numbers when checking out. Please be responsible on checking your tracking numbers to see the status of your order. Once the order has shipped out, we are not responsible for lost stolen, or delayed packages.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us directly at missy@shybaby.co. If item arrives damaged, please be sure to include photos of damaged box and item. We understand that sometimes couriers aren't careful when it comes to fragile packages. We will work with you and do our best to resolve the issue.

Are you taking custom orders?

Currently we are not taking commissions. We eventually plan on opening this option up in the future. Keep an eye out!

Size Chart is listed on homepage. Sizes range from US Women’s size 6-14. (Small - 2XL)

Babies and kids sizing range from 0 months - 5T
